We are less than a 10 minute walk through the old town to the city centre

How do I check my booking details?
You will be able to check your booking details on the confirmation email sent to you after the reservation has been made.

Can I turn up without a booking?
Yes, but bookings made in advance is highly recommended.
What time can I check in?
Check-in is available from 3pm.
What time can I check out?
Check-out is by 11am. However we can offer an extra 1 hour (check out by 12 noon) for a charge of £15 – advanced booking is required and subject to availability.
How do I check in?
Self-check in is operation. Key lock boxes are on the property and details will be sent to you once your booking is made.
Is the guest house pet-friendly?
We do not allow any pets at Leinster Lodge. Is wi-fi included in the cost of my room? Superfast WiFi is available on a complimentary basis.
Do you have family rooms/Can I bring children?
Yes, we recommend our Beech room which has an optional interconnecting single bedroom at extra cost. The family can enjoy fully private two rooms together.
Do the rooms have en-suite bathrooms?
All rooms at Leinster Lodge offer en-suite bathrooms
Do you provide housekeeping services?
While room are thoroughly cleaned in between guests we do not offer a daily ‘room tidy’ service. If your stay is longer than two nights, extra fresh towels will be supplied.
Can I smoke in my room?
It is forbidden by Scottish Law to smoke on the premises outwith the designated smoking areas clearly signed.
Extra person fee
Extra guest not specified in original booking and exceeds typical bed space are strictly not permitted. If it is determined extra guests stay in your room a fee totalling 50% of the total room cost will be charged to the original booking. CCTV is in operation on the premises. Does the hotel have car parking facilities?
Leinster Lodge has free car parking available for residents but is strictly one car per room due to limited space. If two parking spots are required please contact admin@leinsterlodge.com
How do I get to Leinster Lodge from the airport?
Leinster Lodge is 10 miles away from Inverness Airport. You can get to the hotel by our transfer service or by taxi.
How do I get to Leinster Lodge from the train station?
Leinster Lodge is a ten minute walk or short taxi ride from Inverness Train Station.
